Description

Licensing and hardware maintenance support services renewal for IBM QRadar Security Event Information Management appliance for a 12-month period with a required delivery date of 10/1/2024. Brand Name Only (Exact Match): The Buyer requests that Sellers bid only the Brand Name and part number provided (exact make, model, part number and/or description). This means that bids containing substitutions will be viewed as UNACCEPTABLE. If you are not able to deliver the line item as requested, DO NOT BID.� Bidders are required to submit an IBM authorized reseller letter as well as a signed N0018924Q400 solicitation. Evaluation Criteria/Basis of Award Sellers will be evaluated by the Buyer in accordance with the basis established in the solicitation and pursuant to applicable acquisition regulations and/or departmental guidelines.
