Description

This action is for a modification to increase the ceiling on contract number W909MY-23-C-0004 exclusively with Raytheon Company pursuant to 10 United States Code (U.S.C.) 3204(b)(B)(i) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B).� This requirements contract, W909MY-23-C-0004, is for Third Generation Forward Looking Infrared (3GEN FLIR) B-Kit, Technical & Engineering, Test, and Logistics Services.� The contract ceiling increase will allow for additional technical & engineering services required�to support existing U.S. Army customer requirements through the end of the current contract performance period of 30 June 2027.
