The contract was then modified to include window cleaning services for additional buildings, which increased the annual value of line items 2001, 3001, and 4001. See the table below for the annual values. Original Price New Price 0001 $4,790.25 $4,790.25 1001 $4,850.53 $5,625.23 2001 $4,996.04 $16,852.00 3001 $5,145.92 $22,852.00 4001 $5,300.30 $23,186.26 8. There are nine (9) floors in the building, but the requirement is only servicing four (4) floors: ground through fourth. 10. Can there be a site visit? A site visit will not be conducted at this time. The contracting officer s representative (COR) conducted a site visit during market research. 11. How are the windows above the 4th level to be cleaned? Is there a separate contract? When will that contract be announced? Does the VA plan to leave them dirty? Any windows above the fourth-floor level are not to be cleaned and have not been in previous contracts. There is not a separate contract, and none will be announced. Yes, the VA plans to leave them dirty as they aren t noticeably dirty. 12. It mentions in Amendment 0001 that floors 1-4 are the windows to be cleaned, but the SOW request for the cleaning of 1300 windows. Do the 1300 windows cover floor 1-4 only or the entire facility and floors 1-4 is a lesser number which need to be counted? The scope of work (SOW) has been revised to reflect approximately 860 windows throughout floors one (1) through four (4), instead of 1,300. 13. Does the government have an actual count for floors 1-4? Floors one (1) through four (4) comprise approximately 860 windows. 14. Will the government offer a site visit or is this something we can view on our leisure? A site visit will not be conducted at this time. The contracting officer s representative (COR) conducted a site visit during market research. 15. The price sheet has several tabs which doesn t appear to require pricing, does the Government only require our combined all-inclusive price for each year? The only required values on the price/cost schedule are your annual price for the service and a service fee for on-site support.
