- Description
- The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to solicit a full and open competition strategy Firm-Fixed Price contract to repair the propulsor onboard a Virginia-class submarine in accordance with HRMC-515-24. The requirement is to accomplish the inspection and repair of propulsor ""PC.1A"" and leading edge ring that are in accordance with work package HRMC-515-24.�The tentative period of performance is 23 September 2024 � 12 October 2024. The solicitation number for this requirement is N32253-24-Q-0075. Proposals will be due on or about 29 August 2024, 0900 HST. Submissions are to be emailed to both the primary and secondary point of contacts listed in this posting. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisitions Circular (FAC) 2024-05, DFARS (7/29/2024), and NMCARS 18-22. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611 and the size standards for this NAICS code is 1,300 employees. The Product Service Code is J020 Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment - Ship and Marine Equipment. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov by the award date.� Written offers shall be submitted in accordance with the CLIN structure and instructions established Section L and Section M of the attached solicitation, N32253-24-Q-0075. All solicitations amendments must be acknowledged in offer submissions.
