- NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - Trimble Survey Equipment and Extended Warranties The Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Basin, Yuma Area Office (YAO), intends to negotiate and award a contract on a non-competitive basis, to Allterra Central Inc., 5414 S 40th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85040. YAO has a requirement to procure Trimble Survey Extended Warranties for existing equipment. This is a Notice of Intent only and not a request for competitive proposals or an announcement of a solicitation. The proposed action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authorities of FAR 13.501 and FAR 6.302-1(c). Trimble Survey Extended Warranties for existing equipment can only be procured by Trimble or an authorized distributor for Trimble. Allterra Central, Inc. is the only authorized distributor for Trimble products within the State of Arizona. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) identified for this action is 334220 - Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communication Equipment Manufacturing. The Small Business Size Standard is 1,250 employees. The anticipated award date is September 5, 2024. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, capability statement, proposal, explanation, and evidence as to how your company is an authorized Trimble distributor for the state of Arizona by August 28, 2024, which shall be considered by the agency. This announcement constitutes the only synopsis for this requirement; and is issued for notification purposes only.
