- Presolicitation Notice/Advertisement �������������������� GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: TN City: Chattanooga Delineated Area: N: I-64 E: TN-320 S: I-24 W: Belvoir Ave Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 17,447 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 17,447 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 110 Parking Spaces (Surface): 110 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 60 months Firm Term: 24 months Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: N/A � Action: Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required.� Also choose 1-PERCENT-ANNUAL-CHANCE floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year� floodplain) unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as 100-year floodplain).
