- Be advised that SAM.gov was down on 8/14/2024 Soliciation documents are posted on: https://www.dla.mil/Aviation/Business/Vendor-Kitting/ and DIBBS website PR No: 7008138771. Solicitation No. SPE4AK-24-Q-0004 will contain 1 NSN KIT,EXHAUST FRAME S, for HELICOPTERS CH-53. This solicitation is for award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The NSN and quantities are as follows: NSN: 2995-015331245 Quantity:150 Kits Delivery: 180 Days ARO. FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin required. Surge requirements do not apply. Solicitation will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS: 336412 This kit may contain Type II shelf life 240 Months, Higher level of quality, First Article Testing, and Critical Safety Items listed on J-2 Approved Sources listed on J-3 and CFM PIID The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A 100% Quantity Option will not apply. A REVERSE AUCTION will take place if two or more qualified proposals are received. This requirement will be a combination of both Government Furnished Material (GFM) and Contractor Furnished Material (CFM). The anticipated issue date is on or about August 14, 2024. The anticipated award date is about or around September 19, 2024. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS on or about August 14, 2024. At https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. Choose the RFP you wish to download.
