- Description
- The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 15 is soliciting for competitive quotes for a single award firm fixed price contract for procedure carts for Eastern Kansas VA Medical Center facilities.� This requirement is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses only. Basic description of requirement: �Seeking acquisition of procedure carts for Nursing Services at the Iola and Junction City Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs).� The procedure carts will be used to store supplies and equipment needed for treatment and medical procedures for our Veteran patients.��� Solicitation Documents: Dissemination of the solicitation is limited to electronic medium. All interested Offerors should register at www.sam.gov so that others will know of your interest in participating in this procurement and for automatic receipt of updates or amendments. An Offeror's mailing list WILL NOT be prepared nor distributed by the Contracting Officer, as it is the Offerors responsibility to register at the www.sam.gov website. The Department of Veterans Affairs will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice of intent. Only written responses from responsible sources will be considered. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. Set-aside Information: This solicitation is issued under FAR subpart 6.206 as a 100% Service-Disables Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code assigned to this acquisition is 339113 - Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing with a small business size standard 800 employees. Solicitation Amendments: Amendments to the solicitation will be posted at www.sam.gov. Paper copies of the amendment will NOT be individually mailed. By registering to ""follow"", you will be notified by e-mail of any new amendments that have been issued and posted. No other notification of amendment(s) will be provided.
