Description

The VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to solicit a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), to provide a Brand Name or Equal Stress Echo Bed to the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center Milwaukee, WI 53295-0001. Stress EchoBed a) Electrically adjustable bed positioning: i. Trendelenburg position adjustable from 0 to a maximum of 20 degrees ii. Reverse Trendelenburg position adjustable from 0 to a maximum of 20 degrees iii. Bed Height adjustable from at least 20"" to a maximum of 35"" iv. Lateral tilt adjustable from 0 to a maximum of 45 degrees b) Programmable Memory Positions controlled by a Hand controller i. Hand controller must be powered by 24 VDC ii. Must have hook to be able to hang on the bed rails iii. Must be able to record at least 2 memory positions c) Patient Load Capacity of maximum 500 lbs. d) Sonographer 2-Way drop section i. Must be able to be remotely released ii. Must be at least 13"" x 11"" e) Imaging drop section i. Must have one handed rapid release ii. Must be at least 13"" x 13"" f) Five individual lock caster wheels of at least 4"" in diameter g) At least 78"" in length h) At least 30"" in width i) Two or more collapsible or removable safety rails j) Must have a removable supine ergometer i. Must include a computer controller with 15 testing protocols ii. Must have auditory and visual prompts for patient coaching 2. Ergometer Table Insert (Provide the manufacturing location of the item) a) Must cover ergometer tracks fully b) Converts Stress EchoBed for resting echocardiograms 3. Storage Cart (Provide the manufacturing location of the item) a) Stores the removable ergometer b) Cart must be wheeled c) Maximum dimensions of: 25"" L x 20"" W x 28"" H This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, 13, and 19. Contract will be firm fixed price and the corresponding NAICS Code 334510. This will be a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside solicitation. Please see Request for Quote (RFQ) document 36C25224Q0499 for details in the near future. This RFQ will be posted on or around Tuesday, August 13, 2024. Offers will be due no later than 15:00.
