The associated NAICS is 513210 (�Software Publishers�) with a small business size standard of under $47.0 Million. The applicable PSC is 7A20 (�IT and Telecom - Application Development Software�). This solicitation is issued as Unrestricted. � It is the Government�s intent to make a single firm-fixed price award. Any questions and all quotes must be submitted in writing via email to Aaron Dimeo at aaron.dimeo@usda.gov with the solicitation number (�12505B24Q0331�) and/or title (""Thermo Fisher Scientific Compound Discoverer 3.3 SP3 Application"") in the subject line, body, or attachments of the email. Questions are due by or before 11:59 AM CT on Friday, August 16, 2024. Answers to questions received before the deadline will be posted in an amendment to the solicitation. A completed copy of the SF1449 quote submission form and the supplemental ""Supporting Information Form"" are to be include with your quote.
