- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commodity prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued.�The solicitation number is FA301624Q5157 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 and DFARS change notice 07/29/2024. This purchase is being solicited as 100% Small Business set-aside. This NAICS code is 459140 and the size standard is $22.5M.�This requirement is for a Puchner Model 6000 Bassoon as stated below and in accordance with Attachment 2 - Schedule of Supplies. Per the RFQ document, generated Questions regarding this requirement during the solicitation phase shall be in writing and directed to the Contract Specialist, Lorenzo Martinez, at lorenzo.martinez.8@us.af.mil with a courtesy copy to�o Ms. Courtney Carter at courtney.carter.6@us.af.mil no later than 23 August 2024 at 3:00 P.M. (CST). Questions submitted after the question due date will not be accepted. Complete quotation is due NLT 11:00 A.M. (CST) on 02 September 2024. Deliver to 502 CONS/JBKCB electronically, ATTN: Lorenzo Martinez, lorenzo.martinez.8@us.af.mil and Ms. Courtney Carter, courtney.carter.6@us.af.mil. It is each contractor�s responsibility to ensure their quote and all data is complete and IAW the RFQ. The government assumes no responsibility for late or incomplete responses to the RFQ. Late responses will be processed IAW FAR 52.212-1(f).
