- Page 1 of Page 1 of This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with Part 13 of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), and the solicitation number is 36C10X24Q00359 (attached). This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05, effective May 22, 2024, and the Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulations (VAAR). The complete text of any of the clauses and provisions may be accessed in full text at https://www.acquisition.gov/content/publication-fac-2024-03. This solicitation is being issued as tiered evaluation with the following tiers: (1) SDVOSB concerns, (2) VOSB concerns, (3) small business concerns with HUBZone small business concerns and 8(a) participants having priority; and (4) large business concerns. If award cannot be made, the solicitation will be cancelled, and the requirement resolicited. The NAICS Code is 334310 Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing and the business size standard is 750 Employees. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Media Services Division (MSD) has a requirement to provide pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) studio cameras with supporting controllers, auto tracking applications, and auto loop applications to operate in G.V. Sonny Montgomery Conference Room Respondents are to quote Firm Fixed Prices in Section B.3 of the RFQ Any award resulting from this solicitation will be issued on a Standard Form 1449. Note: To receive an award resulting from this solicitation, respondents must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database IAW FAR 52.212-(k). Registration may be done online at: www.acquisition.gov or www.sam.gov. Contractors are advised that any and all questions concerning this solicitation must be sent via email to derek.devine@va.gov and carey.Kauzlarich@va.gov. The deadline for submittal of questions is August 30, 2024. Quotes shall be emailed to derek.devine@va.gov and carey.Kauzlarich@va.gov.
