- Solicitation notice � Snow Plow Tractor � Ref: 19SW8024Q0020 The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for a Snow Plow Tractor for U.S. Embassy properties in Stockholm and vicinity. Only companies specializing in this field of work with valid permits and experience should apply for a solicitation package. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price.� We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Quotations including proof of SAM registration is due by 3rd SEP 2024 11.00. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted. Sincerely, James Nunno II, Contracting officer U.S. Embassy Stockholm STATEMENT OF WORK - Tractor Procurement and Implements Contents 1.����� GENERAL INFORMATION.. 2 2.����� PROJECT REQUIREMENTS. 2 3.����� GENERAL REQUIREMENTS. 2 4.����� DELIVERABLES. 2 5.����� SCOPE OF WORK. 3 GENERAL INFORMATION The United States Embassy in Stockholm the procurement of a tractor and implements for the following location: Dag Hammarskj�lds v�g 31, 115 89 Stockholm, Sweden This is a Modernist building protected for its cultural and historic value under the Swedish Environmental Code and is listed on the Department of State�s Bureau of Overseas Buildings List of Significant Properties. All work shall be conducted according to globally accepted conservation standards for the treatment of culturally significant properties.��� � PROJECT REQUIREMENTS The contractor is required to deliver the vehicle in a safe and pristine condition. The Contractor shall provide all necessary managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel, and as well as all necessary transportation, delivery, equipment, tools, supplies and materials required to perform the work stated in the scope of work. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS The contractor shall provide the labor, tools and materials required. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to perform all work outlined in the SOW. PERSONNEL, TOOLS, CONSUMABLE MATERIALS AND SUPPLIES The Contractor shall provide trained worker(s) with the appropriate tools for scheduled work as required by this Contract.� The Contractor shall provide all the necessary materials and supplies. SAFETY & SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when performing work. Check all work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure unsafe conditions are eliminated or guarded against. Report all incidents and near miss incidents to COR and assist as requested in the investigation and corrective action. The offeror shall address its plan to obtain all commercial licenses and permits required by local law. No work shall be done on weekends nor U.S. or Swedish holidays without prior approval. The standard work hours are from Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00. The contractor shall obey all local Labor Laws. Payment terms are for services rendered and not in advance.
