- Amendment #2 Solicitation 1333ND2401142 Time Resolved Emission Microscope Solicitation for this requirement resulted in quotes that offered equipment that far exceeded the specifications and exceed the available funding.� As such, no award could be made and the requirement will be reopened for a total of five (5) days.� To further enhance competition potential, the Statement of Work (Amendment 2 Statement of Work Revised)� that is attached to this amendment has been revised to remove any ambiguity and to simplify the specifications. Amendment 1:� to Solicitation with NIST response to questions from vendor.� �� Per the attached combined synopsis solicitation and requirements document.
