U.S. Embassy Bishkek�������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������� 8/27/2024 171, Prospect Mira Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan 720016 ���������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������� SUBJECT: Solicitation #19KG1024Q0020, Delivery and Installation of Generators with Automatic Transfer Switches; and Manufacturing and Installation of Deployable Sheds. This construction effort is estimated to cost between $25,000 and $100,000 and needs to be completed within 90 days after contract award.� The Scope of Work does not require from an offeror to quote generator costs. All 3(three) generators will be provided by the Embassy. The work requirement is solely for services: Delivery and Installation of Generators with Automatic Transfer Switches; and Manufacturing and Installation of Deployable Sheds.�� All firms that respond to this solicitation must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform the required work. Offeror must meet the following requirements when submitting their bid: Be able to understand written and spoken English; Have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing; Have the necessary personnel, equipment, and financial resources available to perform the work; Have all licenses and permits required by local law, or an option to obtain them; Meet all insurance requirements; Have no adverse criminal record; Have no political or business affiliation, which could be considered contrary to the interests of the United States; Have good past performance records. The pre-bid survey is scheduled for September 4, 2024, at 14:00 GMT+6. All firm representatives that are interested in participating in the survey must notify Procurement Office at BishkekGSOProcurement@state.gov on or before September 3, 2024 GMT+6.
