SOLICITATION NO. W912EK24Q0034 � Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) Contract for Tree Maintenance Services at Coralville Lake, Iowa. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT PERFORM TREE MAINTENANCE SERVICES AT CORALVILLE LAKE DAM AND RECREATIONAL AREAS FOR THE CORALVILLE LAKE PROJECT, IOWA CITY, JOHNSON COUNTY, IOWA IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PWS. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 561730 - Landscaping Services.� The current small business size standard is $9.5M.� This solicitation will close on Thursday, September 12, 2024, at 10:00 AM local time (Central Daylight Time).� You may email your quote directly to the Contract Specialist listed in the solicitation. �Include the Solicitation Number �W912EK24Q0034� in the subject line of your email. DESCRIPTION OF LOCATION Coralville Lake is located between Iowa City and Cedar Rapids, Iowa.��The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers manages Coralville Lake as a multiple use project providing primary benefits in flood control and low flow augmentation, and secondary benefits in recreation, fish and wildlife management, and forest management. Coralville Lake provides many recreational opportunities. Activities include boating, swimming, picnicking, hiking, mountain biking, disc golf, bird watching, Devonian Fossil Gorge and camping. Campgrounds at Coralville Lake include three campgrounds with just over 500 campsites. The campsite types range from primitive tent to full hook-ups with water, sewer and electricity at the sites.
