Description

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL SUBMISSIONS. REQUIREMENT: The Commander, Fleet Readiness Centers (COMFRC) Fleet Support Team (FST) Headquarters Maintenance Department, Patuxent River, Maryland, intends to issue competitive solicitation number N6852024R0044 to award an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract with Cost Plus Fixed Fee line items to place term-form task orders for Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Analysis Support Services in support of the Naval Aviation Enterprise. The Ordering Period of Performance (PoP) will be five (5) years. The Government intends to provide a transition-in phase of thirty (30) days after award, prior to full order-level performance commencement. RCM under the planned contract will include an analysis of aircraft engines, aircraft systems (i.e. Weapons, aircrew escape systems, avionics, and electrical systems), Support Equipment (SE) (i.e., avionics SE, non-avionics SE, and aircraft launch/recovery equipment), and depot plant equipment. RCM includes Condition-Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+) and Integrated Maintenance Concept and Plan (IMC/P) support. SOLICITATION RELEASE DATE: This acquisition will be competed using full and open procedures in accordance with FAR Part 15. Please see the Draft Solicitation, excluding Sections L & M and associated attachments, provided for offerors to prepare proposal strategies while final approvals are obtained to officially release. The Government is planning to release the formal solicitation in September 2024 with a 45-day proposal due date.
