Description: The U.S. Border Patrol Buffalo Sector Area of Responsibility (AOR) requires Personal Watercraft (PWC�s) for access to remote waterways on Lake Erie and Lake Ontario.� PWC�s are an instrument that is a critical part of our mission to patrol the Border and waterways for a variety of law enforcement concerns.�It is the intent of CBP to procure Three (3) commercially available personal watercraft. The minimum salient characteristics for the PWC requirement have been defined in the SOW, Brand Name or Equal.�
