- The 181st Intelligence Wing, Indiana Air National Guard, has a requirement to award a firm-fixed-price contract for 60 inch drum-style mulching attachment in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 � Simplified Acquisition Procedures.� Please note that this is currently and UNFUNDED requirement, upon receipt of funds an award will be made to the most advantageous offer. Please provide a price quote for the following product(s): 1 ea. | 60in. Skidsteer Drum Mulcher Brand Name of Equal Iteam: Diamond Drum Mulcher DC Pro X Or Equal Items must at a minimum meet the following salient characteristics: Cutting Width : 60 inches Flow rating: 23-50 GPM Weight: 2,300 lbs Number of Teeth: 33 Carbide Twin Maul Teeth Must fit a Kubota SVL-90-2 Skidsteer Additional Requirements: Quotations must include delivery pricing to the 181st Intelligence Wing, 970 Petercheff St, Terre Haute, IN 47803. CLIN STRUCTURE: CLIN 0001 | 60 in. Drum Mulcher | 1 ea. Please note under that under the current CLIN structure only one (1) invoice may be submitted upon successful completion of award. If Applicable, any items offered under active GSA Federal Supply Schedule, Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), IDIQ Contract must be designated as such on quote. Quotation Due Date: 12 September 2024 at 1:00PM EST Please send Quotes to: TSgt Keith Parker at keith.parker.4@us.af.mil QUOTATON EVALUTION: Quotes will be evaluated based on �Price Only� In accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 4.1102(a), quoters are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://sam.gov/) at the time a quotation is submitted in order to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirements. Socioeconomic Set-Aside: [Total Small Business Set-Aside] North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code:� [333120] Small Business Size Standard:� [1250 Employees] In accordance with Army FAR Supplement 5132.702(a)(ii)(B), funds are not presently available for this acquisition.� No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available. Upon availability of funds, the government will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the RFQ will be most advantageous to the Government; technical capability, pricing, and delivery time considered. The Government may reject any or all offers if such action is in the public interest; may accept technically acceptable offers other than the lowest offer; and waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received. The Government intends to evaluate quotes and award a contract without discussions with offerors. Therefore, the offeror�s initial quote should contain the offeror�s best terms from a cost or price and technical standpoint. The Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if the Contracting Officer later determines them to be necessary. Attached are all applicable Clause & Provisions.
