- Amendment 00001 provides the following updates to the RFP: 1.�� The proposal due date is changed from 2:00pm ET, September 3, 2024 to 2:00pm ET, Thursday, September 5, 2024. 2.�� Questions submitted by potential Offeror(s) prior to the due date of 2:00pm ET, Thursday, August 22, 2024 have been responded to by the TSA in a separate Questions and Answers spreadsheet attached to this notice, Attachment titled �70T04024R7672 RFP Questions_Answers�. 3.�� SF-30 for Amendment 00001 has been provided. See Attachment titled: �SF30 70T04024R7672N002 Amendment 00001� 4. A redlined and clean version of RFP is provided via Amendment 00001, Attachments titled: ""MSEDS RFP - 70T04024R7672N002 - 00001 Tracked Changes"" and �MSEDS RFP - 70T04024R7672N002 - 00001 Clean"". 4. A amended version of the CLIN schedule is provided via Amendment 00001, Attachment titled: ""RFP Attachment A - CLIN Schedule - 00001"". 5. A redlined and clean version of the Statement of Work is provided via Amendment 00001, Attachments titled: ""RFP Attachment B Statement of Work - 00001 Tracked Changes"" and "" RFP Attachment B Statement of Work - 00001 Clean"". All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. ===================================================================================== ======================================================================================== The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) issues this combined synopsis/solicitation for the production and installation of Medium Size Explosive Detection Systems (MSEDS) and ancillary equipment and support services in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested in accordance with the attached Request for Proposal (RFP) 70T04024R7672N002. This is a full and open competitive acquisition for the award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Award will be made utilizing the Lowest-Priced-Technically-Acceptable (LPTA) process in accordance with FAR 15.101-2. The associated North American Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334517 with a business size standard of 1,000 employees.� Offerors are hereby notified that all information about this procurement, including the official solicitation and subsequent amendments, will only be available and published in the Contract Opportunities on the SAM.gov website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the Sam.gov website to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this procurement. Offerors are requested to review all documents carefully. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-06. Proposals are due as stipulated in the attached RFP. Questions are due in accordance with the attached RFP.� Reference the attached documents for specific details of the requirement and applicable Clauses and Provisions and due dates.
