Description: This is a new, non-commercial, one time, �sole source service contract to identify requirements, tasks, data, deliverables, and infrastructure required to facilitate the F-35 Tech Refresh 2 (TR-2) to the Aircraft Electro-Optical Targeting Systems (EOTS) Operational Flight Program (OFP).
