- AFTC/PZI (Arnold) located at Arnold AFB, TN intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, VIPER IMAGING, LLC (UEI:�DSURRA8LSW61)�in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) for the procurement of the Quick Deploy Infrared Monitoring System�meeting the attached technical requirements in the justification.�As stipulated at FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), the authority to single source awards where only one source is reasonably available.� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. The Government will consider all responses received electronically the time specified in the announcement. The information received may only be considered to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement and the Government reserves the right to request additional information. A determination by the Government to not compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All questions and comments should be an address to Ms. Erica A. Anglin (erica.anglin@us.af.mil), Contracting Officer, If no favorable responses are received by the date mentioned above, a contract will be negotiated with the above-named source.
