Description
Questions for RFQ 36C24524Q0838 Set One 1. How many case carts are at each facility? 2. Beckley shows 0 case carts in CLIN 0003, does this mean Beckley does not have any case carts to price? 3. Page 6, PWS: #1. General Information; paragraph 2 indicates the repair vendor must provide replacements with preowned instrumentation for items being shipped out. What is the process for tracking these loaner instruments within the hospital to make sure they are returned to the contractor when the repaired instrument is returned to the facility? 4. Page 8 Item o. Is providing new replacement instrumentation a requirement? If contractor can make recommendations for instrument replacement, and can provide new instrumentation, but not at the time of repair, does this disqualify their bid? 5. Page 10, Sterilizer Cleaning: You are asking for sterilizer cleaning, but the request also indicates your expectation is that the repair vendor must also provide service maintenance for the units, is that correct? 6. Clarksburg shows 0 autoclaves in CLIN 0008, does that mean there are no autoclaves requiring cleaning there? 7. Washington has 20 autoclaves in CLIN 0012, does that mean there are 20 to be serviced at each quarterly visit, or 5 at each quarterly visit? Can you please provide clarification for the number and size of autoclaves for each facility that require service at each quarterly visit, since your directive in the SOW page 11 states the following: A visit will consist of up to 2 Large Sterilizer units and one Small Sterilizer cleaned per Visit (3 Total ) Set Two How many instruments are in the trays? Trays are stated to be 15-18 per facility, but asking for clarification on instrument numbers How often would we be visiting these facilities? 1 to 2 days or multiple visits a month? How many technicians are needed to complete these tasks? The total number of instruments that are needing laser marking? I saw an item mentioning this in the solicitation, but no further details provided on the laser marking/etching. How many autoclaves are at each facility for the quarterly cleaning?
