SOLICITATION DESCRIPTION: The 90th Contracting Squadron is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation, FA461324R0007, as a Request for Quote using FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Item, & FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Submit only written quotations for this RFQ. �This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05. ��This acquisition is being solicited as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333413, with a small business standard of 500 or less employees. The attached solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05 effective 05/22/2024, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Change 07/29/2024 effective 07/29/2024 and Defense Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement DAFAC 2024-0712 effective 07/12/2024. DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCT OR SERVICES: A Vehicle Exhaust Removal System to be used in building 332 of F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Cheyenne, WY Fire Department facility. Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, materials, and labor necessary to provide a fully functional vehicle exhaust removal system at in accordance with all applicable federal, state, local laws, regulations and Attach 1_Specifications Sheet and all other related attachments. DELIVERY: �90 Days ARO PLACE OF DELIVERY:� F.E. Warren AFB, WY.� Delivery related expenses must be included with the price of the commodities.
