- ***Consolidated Questions and Answers are published as of 03:45 PM, Eastern Standard Time, 4 SEP 2024*** The Mission and Installation Contracting Command � Fort Liberty (MICC � FL) received a requirement from 18th Field Artillery Brigade, to support Field Training Exercise (FTX) 25 September 2024 � 10 October 2024. This request is to support a refrigerated truck and ice trailer rentals, as well as driver, delivery, set-up, and pick-up services as needed.
