US Army Contracting Command Orlando (ACC-O) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) as a means of conducting market research to identify potential sources having interest and industry technology to provide cost and schedule for the procurement of one (1) UH-60M Operational Flight Trainer (OFT) that will accurately reproduce the flight performance and characteristics of for the Royal Saudi Land Forces Aviation Command�s (RSLFAC) configured UH-60M aircraft and permit the execution of initial and recurring training simulation for both normal and emergency conditions. The results of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement if a requirement materializes. Requirements of the effort are as follows: Production and Installation of one (1) UH-60M Operational Flight Trainer: Accurately simulates the UH-60 M helicopter and the mission environment it operates in. Provides 3 Degree of Freedom vibration platform Provides 6 Degree of Freedom motion One (1) Operator Training and one (1) Maintainer Training course for up to eight (8) students. Spare parts package to support the operation of the training system for a period of two years after Ready for Training (RFT). Shipping cost for equipment and material for spares used in maintenance of the training devices will be at contractor expense. Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS), racks and any additional requirements needed for the simulator at the facility.� Written responses to this announcement should consist of the following: (a) Your firm's degree of familiarity and specific experience with implementation of training solutions to meet the training requirements. (b) A submission of your firm's detailed resources available to develop, produce and deliver the UH-60M Blackhawk OFT and the estimated time frame from contract award to final delivery. Your resources available should address production, sourcing, personnel, and support. (c) An itemized Rough Order of Magnitude cost for each requirement listed above. (d) All program assumptions and facility requirements necessary for each solution. (e) A statement indicating if your firm is a large or small business (if small, please indicate any applicable socio-economic status) under NAICS 333310 (Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing) with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,000 Employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 6910 (Training Aids).
