- Description
- This amendment is being issued to provide questions and answers received. 1. For the Base Year, 10/01/2024 to 09/30/2025, the Product/Service Code and Product/Service Description are different from the other years of the contract. Would you kindly advise/clarify the reason for the difference in the duties requested for the Base Year and those of the other subsequent years? BASE YEAR - 00010 ASL In-Person Services Product/Service Code: T016 Product/Service Description: PHOTO/MAP/PRINT/PUBLICATION- AUDIO/VISUAL Period of Performance: 10/01/2024 to 09/30/2025 REPRESENTATIVE OF ALL SUBSEQUENT YEARS: OY1 ASL Interpreter In-Person Services (Option Line Item) Anticipated Exercise Date 08/01/2025 Product/Service Code: R608 Product/Service Description: SUPPORT- ADMINISTRATIVE: TRANSLATION AND INTERPRETING Period of Performance: 10/01/2025 to 09/30/2026 Answer - PSC is an error and should be R608 as the others, this will be corrected on contract. 2. How far in advance will the actual date of service be shared so that schedules can be adequately cleared to ensure availability to perform tasks? Or. should the ""anticipated exercise date"" shown in the RFQ be looked at as the actual date for these services to be performed? Answer - We will let them know a week before the event. The anticipated exercise date is the date the Acquisition Office would start paperwork to exercise the next Option Year. 1. 3. Monthly services are being asked to be rendered for two hours per month (24 hrs per year), plus 16 additional hours per year for various other meetings. What is the schedule of dates for those additional meetings? How far in advance will those dates be made known in order to plan adequately for availability? Answer- The dates are the first Tuesday of the month. Those meetings usually start at 10am. Those dates will be known a week in advance if they change. 4. Lastly, would you advise the name and award amount of the previous contractor/vendor who serviced this account, if available/applicable? Answer - This is a new requirement.
