- Description
- BLM-CO Grand Junction Air Center (GJAC) Janitorial Services Base + 4- Amendment 002 to add the site visit notes and to answer questions that were asked. The BLM-CO Grand Junction Air Center (GJAC) has a requirement for Janitorial Services. Please see 'Attachment 1 Performance Work Statement' for more details. Incumbent Contract: This is a follow-on to 140L1721P0028 with a total contract value of $19K for 3 years. Take that into account as you contemplate making a bid/no bid decision. Note, the PWS does require more frequent cleaning than the previous contract. Site visit (virtual and in-person) scheduled for August 29th at 11 am MT and was previously announced on the pre-solicitation. If interested in attending the virtual site-visit, please send an email to the Contracting POC with your name and email address to send the Teams invite to. If interested in attending the in-person site visit, please send an email to the Contracting POC so you can receive instructions for access through the gate to the project area. Contract Type: FFP (Firm-Fixed Price) - no changes due to inflation, market conditions, Labor rates except for increases due solely to a new DOL wage determination, etc. Do some research prior to submitting a proposal. Basic Contracting Requirements: 1. Active Registration www.sam.gov 2. Invoicing and Payment - www.ipp.gov - 30 day prompt pay after delivery 3. FAR Part 12 - Commercial Item 4. FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures 5. Total Small Business Set-Aside for NAICS - 561720 - Size Standard $22 6. Award Basis - Price and Other Factors, including technical response and anticipated start date. We will be evaluating the technical portion on a basis of Does Not Meet, Meets or Exceeds what is requested in the PWS. ------- Minimum Requirements for a responsive bid: 1. Signed SF-1449 with all your info and price filled out. 2. Technical response, data sheet, showing how your product meets specifications. 3. Email the above items to the POC no later than the closing date, September 9th by 1700 MT, with ""140L1724Q0052-GJAC Janitorial Services with Options"" in the subject line.
