- The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Customs and Border Protection (CBP), US Border Patrol (USBP) intends to award a purchase order for the procurement of Centennial Anniversary Commemorative Medal Sets. Decoration set shall consist of a regular size medal, a miniature size medal, a service ribbon, ribbon attachment device, and a lapel button. Vendor must be a TIOH certified manufacturer.� All information and requirements can be found in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and the attached Synopsis Solicitation.� **************************************************************************************************************************************** Amendment #1 Question Received & Answer Posted Below. Question - Will there be any sample or First Article expected for approval prior to production?
