Description

In accordance with Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. � 637(a)) and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19.8, and the executed Partnership Agreement between the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and the U.S. Department of Defense, (U.S. Department of the Navy), this Firm Fixed Price Contract is awarded on a sole-source, non-competitive basis to 8(a) small business Baron Communications, Inc. This requirement is for electrical and general construction services for various facilities at the areas of responsibility (AOR) of the Public Works Department, Naval Station Norfolk (NSN), Naval Support Activity Hampton Roads (NSA HR), and NSA Hampton Roads, Northwest Annex (NSA HR NWA), by means of an indefinite quantity contract effective for a total of five years. �
