Notice of Contract Action THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A SOLICITATION, REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, INVITATION FOR BID OR A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. The 377 MSG/PKC intends to award a Firm Fixed Price unpriced purchase order for construction with only one source: Laron, LLC 4255 N Santa Fe DR Kingman, Arizona 86401-6727 CAGE Code: 0P0A0 UEI: FE4RUEZMKHL1 This is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), which states: Contracting Officer may solicit from one source if the Contracting Officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available such us urgency.� This requirement is urgent as it would cause the Government to be seriously injured. The scope of this project is to update all hinge pin assembly on B9 and B12 to prevent hinges coming out of tolerance that could lead to failure of hinges and hinge pin assembly. This includes updated design, updated Pins, incorporate of grease zerks, new bearings, washers, fasteners, Knack Box (toolbox), and Emergency services. This is not a request for competitive proposals. A solicitation package will NOT be issued. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. Information received in response to this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government.� Responses shall be submitted to the below point of contact(s) listed email addresses referencing the notice identification and title of the requirement.
