- The Philadelphia VA Medical Center intends to negotiate a sole source order under the authority of VAAR 819.7008/7009 (Sole Source Awards to Certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business/Veteran-Owned Small Business) for a hemodynamic monitoring platform to 1st American Medical Distributors, LLC of 151 Heritage Park Drive, Suite 201, Murfreesboro, Tennessee 37129.
