Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found at FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on SAM.GOV. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number is N0018924Q0480. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2024-05 / 04-22-2024 and DFARS Change Notice 20240425. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 562991 � �Septic Tank and Related Services� and the Small Business standard is: $9.0 million. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and award a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. The Government intends to evaluate and award a contract based on initial quote; therefore, the Quoter�s initial quote should contain the Quoter�s best terms from a price standpoint. However, the Government reserves the right to award a FFP contract to other than the lowest priced vendor; award a FFP contract without exchanges; or award a FFP contract after exchanges, whichever is in the best interest of the Government. The proposed contract action is for contractor support for the drop off, servicing, and pick up of portable toilets and hand washing stations on the Marine Corps Base at Camp Lejeune, NC.
