- Posting of Abstract signed September 10, 2024Amendment 0001 is to provide responses to vendor questions; provide updated Wage Determination (updated August 23, 2024); and change call in number and access code to (571)-616-7941 and access code 529203570# for the public bid opening.The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort McCoy, Wisconsin has a requirement to Perform electrical and gas line construction services at the SSG Andrew Miller ARC, 3125 S. 10 St., Manitowoc, WI 54220 for the 88th Readiness Division. Work to be performed will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 237130 with a small business size standard of $45Million. Solicitation W911SA24B2012 is issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB) using the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 14 as supplemented by the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and the Army Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFARS). It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a single award, firm fixed-price contract. This solicitation is competed as Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. Project magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. Period of Performance: Work is to be completed within 120 days after notice to proceed. A site visit is scheduled at the SSG Andrew Miller ARC, 3125 S. 10 St., Manitowoc, WI 54220 for 16 Aug 2024 at 10:30 AM CDT.
