- This is an assisted acquisition with GSA as the Servicing Agency on behalf of the Requesting Agency, US Department of Agriculture (USDA).� This request for quote (RFQ) is for one (1) 18,000 GVWR Cab and Chassis as noted in the attachments.� Please see the attached document ""RFQ47QMCA24Q0072 Combined Solicitation_SF18 for instructions on how to submit a quote. Please note Attachment B - Vehicle Specs and Market Research Sheet lists the desired specifications for the vehicles to meet the USDA�s immediate requirements and local vendors who may have the vehicles in their inventory. No vehicle orders will be acceptable for this program.� All quoted vehicles�must be for new, already manufactured vehicles which are ready for immediate delivery.�
