Description

Notice of Intent to Solicit and Negotiate with One Source� In accordance with FAR 5.201, this is a Presolicitation Notice to notify industry of the Government�s intent to solicit and negotiate with only one source. The Government is pursuing a non-competitive action under the authority of FAR 13.106-1b, Soliciting from a single source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.� Intended Source:� Illinois Tool Works, Inc.� 600 Knightsbridge PKWY Lincolnshire, Illinois 60069-3617, United States� This procurement is being conducted on behalf of US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Washington Aqueduct located at NW Washington, DC for the supply of Standard LX (Gas) � VMT (RH): Single turner valve maintenance trailer. The equipement is needed to provide the public with an adequate supply of drinking water. Illinois Tool Works, Inc.'s valve maintenance trailer is critical to USACE�s overall mission to provide clean drinking water to the public.�
