- Description
- This notice of opportunity invites current holders of the Department of Energy (DOE�s) Fourth Generation ESPC indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract to submit a written response (an expression of interest) to be considered for contractor selection for this potential task order award. Department of Labor - Job Corps is interested in pursuing a potential ESPC project at Philadelphia and Atlanta Regions for U.S. Forest Service operated Job Corps Campuses (9 Campuses across KY, WV, NC, TN, and VA) and contractor operated Job Corps Centers (3 in DC and NY). The Energy Service Company (ESCO) will be required to use eProjectBuilder (ePB) in developing the ESPC project and presenting baselines, estimated savings, and financial schedules to agency. ePB is a free web-based system for entering and tracking ESPC data through the life of a project.
