- This contract was awarded to Seventh Emergence Solutions, LLC on 15 August 2024. The referenced contract was made on a sole-source basis to a Native Tribal-Owned 8(a) Company. Per FAR 19.808-1(a) and DFARS�219.808-1(a), a J&A is not required for 8(a) sole source awards to Native American/Tribal-owned entities for an amount not exceeding $100M. Descripction of Requirement: The Accessions Systems Branch Training, Development, and (Information Technology) IT Support (ASB-TDS) Services FY24�requirement provides the Army National Guard (ARNG) with training, hardware, software and web-based application support, as well as data analysis services utilizing the Army Recruiting Information Support System (ARISS), which is the Army�s electronic personnel recruiting system. It consists of multiple integrated applications that interface with Department of the Army (DA) and Department of Defense (DoD) accessioning and personnel systems and applications, providing accessions functionality and information at all levels of the accessions process. In addition, the requirement also supports ARNG G1 systems and applications like Director�s Personnel Readiness Overview (DPRO), which is an application that gives State leadership the ability to manage overall strength and readiness. The outsourcing of these services has provided strong stability and standardization to the overall support of accessioning, retention, and IT process. The ASB-TDS contract has been providing training, application support, and data analysis on ARISS and several ARNG G-1 applications since 2000. The previously awarded contract consisted of eighteen contractor personnel at Fort Knox, KY and six (6) contractors at the Strength Maintenance Training Center (SMTC) at Camp Robinson, AR.
