- Description
- The Contractor will perform laboratory analyses of environmental samples (concrete chips, soils, wipes) collected by the Government at Pueblo Chemical Depot (PCD) and provide to the Contactor to determine the concentration of the chemical agent mustard, agent degradation products (ADPs), and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) compounds. The RCRA compound include RCRA metals, mercury, and pentachlorophenol.� The analytical methods must be validated and approved by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE), Colorado Hazardous Waste Permit No. CO-13-23-23-01 (Hazardous Waste Permit), and capable of determining concentrations of the compounds of interest at or below the Closure Performance Standards established in the CDPHE approved PCD Closure Plan and supporting documents.� In addition, to performing the analyses, the Contractor will be responsible for providing/shipping to PCD all required sample containers and coolers and necessary items for returning the samples back to the laboratory.
