- 9/13 - UPDATE: Amendment No. 0002 extends the offer due date to Friday, September 20th, 2024 at 12pm NOON MST. 9/9 - UPDATE: A site visit will be held this Thursday, September 12th, at 10am CST. The POC for the site visit will be Corey Roebbeke, (414) 559-4906, Corey.Roebbeke@faa.gov. Facility Address - 5330 S. Howell Ave., Milwaukee, WI 53207. This will be the only site visit offered. The FAA has a requirement for minor HVAC work at the Milwaukee, WI, ATCT. Included with this announcement is the Solicitation, Scope of Work, and applicable Davis Bacon Wage Rates. Offer due date and time for proposal is September 18th, 2024, at 12:00pm (NOON) MST. Email proposals to: Angela.Layman@faa.gov NOTE: This requirement was previously solicited with no receipt of offers. An amendment has been included with the Solicitation with a new offer due date and set-aside. Vendors must acknowledge Amendment with submission of proposal. Estimated size range of project is less than $75k If requested, a one time site visit may be arranged. Offerors are reminded to review Section L of the solicitation and ensure that a proposal includes all required documentation.
