- N0016424SNC25 �REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) � Radio-Frequency (RF) Continuous-Wave (CW) X/Ku-Band High Power Amplifier Spares and Repairs � PSC 5960 � NAICS 334419 Issue Date: 16 SEP 2024 � Closing Date: 30 SEP 2024 � 4:00 PM EDT In accordance with Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) Procedures, Guidance, and Information (PGI) 206.302-1, the Government is issuing this sources sought announcement as part of the market research for the establishment of a 5-year Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) for TT&E, repair and new production units of the Microwave Power Module (MPM) component used within the AN/SLQ-59 system. The Government intends to award the IDIQ on a sole source basis to Stellant Systems, Inc. in Williamsport, PA. This effort is anticipated to be conducted on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1.� The basis for restricting competition is the lack of complete technical data package, intellectual property, the duplicative cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition, and the unacceptable delay necessitated from developing any other source. Supplies and services under this IDIQ will provide sustainment support for the An/SLQ-59 program at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division (NSWC-CR) located in Crane, Indiana. The Government anticipates award of Delivery Orders under this IDIQ for new production spares as well as repairs for failed units using PSC Codes 5960 and J020. Services sought under this IDIQ includes the following for the MPM component (Part Number: M1225-03) of the An/SLQ-59 system: Production for spares Testing, Teardown & Evaluation Repair Services All interested parties are encouraged to submit company and product literature, a white paper no longer than 5 pages, and/or other pertinent information, such as a description with performance parameters and a statement of current availability, summary of prior testing, test reports, a budgetary estimate of test articles and production units, production quantity breaks, mitigation of the reason for the sole source basis cited above, and/or identification of other Government contracts with similar efforts for the Government�s consideration.
