- 09/13/2024 Amendment 0001. The purpose of the amendment is to cancel Solicitation No19GE5024R0143 in its entirety. The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) at the U.S. Consulate General in Frankfurt would like to invite your company to submit a proposal for Power Generators and Transfer Switches Preventive Maintenance project, on behalf of the U.S. Embassy Quito, Ecuador. The proposals shall be submitted electronically marked �Proposal 19GE5024R0143�, 15:00 hours Central European Time (C.E.T.) Friday, September 6, 2024. The complete offer shall be submitted electronically to Ms. Ielyzaveta Ishchenko; email: IshchenkoIM@state.gov. All documents shall be submitted in the Microsoft word or the Adobe pdf format and shall be named / numbered to appear in the e-mail(s) in the correct sequence. The one exception is Attachment 1, the Pricing Schedule which shall be submitted as completed Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. The limit per e-mail is 50MB. Zipped files (.zip or .rar) are not permitted. NOTE: No proposals will be accepted after the time specified above. Delay due internet connection issues/failure, delay on electronic correspondence transmission or processing will not be an acceptable excuse for late delivery of a proposal. Submission shall be made electronically, i.e., by e-mail. Please note: All communication and the award documents shall be in English. Please do NOT contact the Embassy directly regarding this project. Attachment 1 � Pricing Schedule of the solicitation contains the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet for pricing you need to complete / submit. You may choose the currency of your offer, but we would like to point out that your chosen currency cannot be changed at any later date. Please submit your proposal in accordance with the instructions set forth in Section L of the solicitation. An active SAM registration is a condition of award (See Section K, FAR clause 52.212-4 (t)). Section 5 of the solicitation contains the representations and certifications you need to complete / submit. Trafficking in Person Compliance Plan as per FAR 52.222-56 The Vendor Shall submit Form W-14 if applicable. Any proposal, modification, or revision that is received after the exact date and time specified for receipt of proposals will be ""late"" and may not be accepted. An authorized representative of your company must sign all documents, or the offer may be considered non-responsive. In order for a proposal to be considered, you must submit all the documents listed in Section L of the solicitation document. The Contracting Officer reserves the right to reject any proposals that deviate significantly from the instructions in Section L and to waive any information or minor irregularities in proposals received. In addition, the Contracting Officer reserves the right to award the contract based upon initial offers received without holding discussions.
