Set Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5) Magnitude:�(b) Between $25,000 and $100,000. Location: County Road 96, Ault, CO 80610 (40.68348492181887, -104.46646484844645) Period of Performance:�60 Days After Notice to Proceed (NTP). Complete work no later than September 1st, 2025. Site Visit: No government escort. Offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed.
