Description

The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) Healthcare Contracting Division - South (HCD-S) will award a firm-fixed-price sole source contract to Patriot Purveyors, Inc., for three (3) IAC Acoustics Model 254 Mini Hearing Screening Booths on Casters, to the 82nd Medical Group at Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas. This contract is based on FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), Only one source reasonably available. The applicable NAICS code is 334510, with a corresponding size standard of 1250 Employees. This notice is NOT a request for competitive quotes. All responsible sources may submit the information listed below, which shall be considered by the agency before the intended award date. The Government is seeking responses from businesses that are interested in this procurement and consider themselves to have the resources, rights, and capabilities necessary to provide these services. This Notice of Intent to Sole Source does not constitute a solicitation. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses incurred associated with responding to this Notice. A determination by the Government to continue with a sole source action, or to issue a competitive solicitation, will be made based on any responses received to this notice, and will be made solely at the Government�s discretion. BACKGROUND The 82nd Medical Group located at 527 5th Avenue, Room 500, Sheppard AFB, TX, 76311 requires three (3) IAC Acoustics Model 254 Mini Hearing Screening Booths on Casters (Brand Name Only), along with installation and a 12-month warranty, to support the 82nd Medical Group Mission.
