Update as of 13 SEP 2024:� This notice is to inform all interested firms about an update regarding solicitation announcement W9128F24R0012. Amendment 0001 is attached to this posting, along with additional attachments separately uploaded. Please note that PIEE will not be used for this solicitation, which includes proposal submissions. For further instructions for proposal submission and any changes to the solicitation, please refer to Amendment 0001. Any further updates to this requirement will be posted on SAM.gov.� Update as of 26 AUG 2024:� This up date is to provide clarification regarding solicitation announcement W9128F24R0012. The initial posting was mistakenly listed under the incorrect number, W9128F24R0069, within PIEE-Solicitation and that posting with reference solicitation number W9128F24R0069 is closed due to inaccuracies.� Additionally, there is another posting under the correct number, but it does not include the most updated solicitation. This posting has also been marked as cancelled until we can resolve the issue with the help desk. Please continue to monitor this posting on SAM.gov for the most up-to-date information. $249M IDIQ MATOC for Environmental Remediation Services (ERS) - Small Business Set-Aside (Requirement Sources Sought # W9128F23SE001/W9128F24R0012 Pre-Solicitation Notice) tied to this action). This acquisition will be used to procure Environmental Remediation Services within the Northwestern Division District. This announcement may award up to eight (8) Small-Business (SB) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)s Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). The Government will compete the MATOC for ERS under the responsibility of the USACE NWO District Area of Responsibility (AOR). See attached solicitation. Proposals are due on 9 October 2024 by 2:00PM CST.
