- This is a Sources Sought Notice (SSN). �This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. �The Department of Defense (DoD), Washington Headquarters Services Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) is issuing this notice to obtain information to assist in determining the appropriate acquisition method. �This SSN is seeking support required by The Organizational Management and Policy Directorate (O&MPD).� This support shall provide effective professional support and assistance to the Government staff with programmatic activities, knowledge management, legislative support, training development and delivery, studies, research, program compliance and within-mission audit activities, as well as website, database, and information management applications/systems development and management, analysis, and administrative and security matters. �This support will enhance the effectiveness of Government personnel in completing their missions.� See attached SSN and Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for specific details as it pertains to the requirements of this request.
