(ABOA):�� �50,000 Space Type:�� �Office Parking Spaces (Total):�� �150 Parking Spaces (Surface):�� �150 Parking Spaces (Structured):�� �0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):�� �150 Full Term:�� �5 years Firm Term:�� �3 years Option Term:�� �None Additional Requirements:�� �1. �If the space is in a multi-tenant building the space must be contiguous, consist of no more than two consecutive floors and located on the top floor(s) of the building. �There cannot be another tenant located above the Government�s space. 2. �Daytime janitorial services is required. 3. �The building must have a backup generator to operate the Server Room and the emergency building systems. 4. �The space will include a lobby and receptionist area, (5) conference and training rooms, (3) storage rooms, (1) server room approximately 200 sf requiring 24/7 HVAC, �(2) break rooms, (2) copy rooms, (26) private offices, and open office areas.� � Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. �A fully serviced lease is required. �Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as the 100-year floodplain).
