- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY.� It is neither a solicitation announcement nor a request for proposals or quotes and does not obligate the Government to award a contract. �Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. �Responses to this sources sought must be in writing. �The purpose of this sources sought announcement is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential qualified Small Businesses interested and capable of providing the services described below. � The information gained from this market research will help the National Institutes of Health, Clinical Center, Department of Laboratory Medicine plan for its acquisition strategy.� Potential Small Businesses shall include business information outlined in the section below as a part of their response. POTS:�� 25-000021 **Funding is currently not available for this project.� ** The government estimate for this project for the base and all options to be less than the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. Provide a capability statement that addresses the organizations qualifications and ability to perform as a contractor for the work described in the Statement of Work. ***************************************************************************** The National Institutes of Health, Clinical Center, Department of Laboratory Medicine has a requirement for a contractor to perform pipette calibration services.� The contractor must furnish all personnel, equipment, materials, supplies, services, and shipping costs required to achieve the performance requirements outlined in the statement of work. The Contractor shall be a pipette calibration service provider with accreditation to ISO17025 and perform pipette calibrations based on ISO08655 specifications. �Contractor personnel must be trained and certified to work on equipment.� Pipette calibrations will be performed twice per year, six months apart (June and December) annually. See attached Draft Statement of Work for additional details. Period of Performance: Estimated Period of performance is as follows: Base Year: ��������� 11/01/2024 to 10/31/2025 Option 1: ����������� 11/01/2025 to 10/31/2026 Option 2: ����������� 11/01/2026 to 10/31/2027 Option 3: ����������� 11/01/2027 to 10/31/2028 Option 4: ����������� 11/01/2028 to 10/31/2029 Delivery Schedule: Pipette calibrations will be performed twice per year, six months apart (June and December) annually.
