Description

The Scope of Work for this project includes: Remove and replace main entrance/exit double doors with frame and all components. (Prime and Paint as well). Doors to be ENERGY STAR certified with a thermal break. �Remove and replace (2) south side single doors with frame and all components. (Prime and Paint also). Doors to be ENERGY STAR certified with a thermal break. Remove and replace (11) EOL windows. Windows to be a minimum double-pane ENERGY STAR certified with a low-e coating. Re-Epoxy roughly 500 Sq Ft of concrete flooring. Remove and replace EOL commode, sink and mirror in restroom. Install a large new sink. (sink onsite already at C0) Patch and Paint Walls in the hallway and 2 rooms that were re done. For more detailed information, please review the attached SOW titled, ""Exhibit A SOW C0_Renovation.""
