- � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � �************************************************************************** � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � �AMENDMENT #1 This Amendment is being posted in order to revise/change the required Specifications document.� All potential/ Interested Vendors/Offerors are advised to please read the revised specifications document (SPECS-20K portable loading docks),�dated 1 Oct 24. Submission of Quotes/ Offers is Due Not Later Than 2 OCT 2024 at 10:00 AM (MST) Local time. �2. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, management, equipment, tools, and any other item(s) or services necessary in order to transport/ship/deliver, and pick-up for return, Two (2) Portable Ground-to-Truck loading Docks/Ramps, which will be delivered to two separate locations as indicated below in Section 5. The Item(s) shall be delivered on 10 Oct 2024 and picked up on 7 November 2024. MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONS: must (at a minimum) comply with the following salient characteristics and capabilities: 2.1. Physical Characteristics. The ramps will be used to unload/load military equipment vehicles and forklifts; 2.1.2. Usable Surface Dimensions: 94� W x 26� L. The loading docks / ramps must be capable of unloading/loading military vehicles with a width of 94� Wide. The ramps must be at least 26� In length to support incline to off load a forklift with low-clearance. 2.1.2. Weight Capacity: 20,000 lbs. 2.1.3. Adjustable up to 52� in height 2.1.4. Wheeled to ensure ease of transportation for short distances 2.1.5. Offeror�s must include/state their capability of delivering items on time and ability to meet the required deliver dates. � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � ************************************************************************** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation�for�Two (2) Portable Loading Docks/Ramps�prepared In accordance with FAR PART 12.603(c)(2), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only�solicitation, with quotes being requested, as a written�solicitation�will not be issued.� All responsible sources�may�submit a quotation which�shall�be considered by the agency.� The�solicitation�number is�FA489724QC079�and this�solicitation�is issued as a�Request for Quotation (RFQ).� The�solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal�Acquisition�Circular. This RFQ is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside.��(NAICS: 332312 - Fabricated Structural Metal Manufacturing, Small Business Size Standard: 500 Employees) Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Please read the solicitation documents in their entirety and adhere to all solicitation requirements to be considered for award. All questions regarding this RFQ must be emailed (or call) to the Contracting Officer and Contracting specialist.�� Quotes/Offers are Due: Not later Than 2 Oct 2024 by 10:00 AM (MST) Local Time.
